ABOUT ME.......

 

My makeup addiction started when I bought 2 MAC eyeshadows 20 years ago! (I hope I'm not showing my age there!) From that moment on, I decided I had to be a part of an industry that has so much creativity and flare! From studio work to bridal, I have 15 years experience as a hair and makeup artist and everyday I make a little less ordinary. 

 

I'm a girl-boss with a passion for creativity. I'm always learning new skills from the best in the industry and I love keeping up with the latest trends. I keep going to keep growing!

 

I'm married (so I know the pressure of organising a wedding) and I'm blessed with two boys...so phew there's no chance of anyone stealing my makeup!  I'm super friendly and I'm happy to chat through any questions. I'm calm and reliable and always ready to help with the whatever comes up on a wedding morning! I've helped ease nerves, wiped away tears, helped dry flowers and even organise those the last minute speed ups! I'm really looking forward to meeting with you!

 

MY STYLE

I want to magnify the beauty that already exists. I aim to aspire to your vision and we work together to create your own unique look for your very special day, so get saving all those pictures on your Pinterest board -we've got a lot to get through. My main inspiration is drawn from a boho - soft glam style. I love skin to have a flawless finish with staying power! And once you get to know me, you'll know I love a twist, plait, fish tail braid you name it! We are going to be creating texture!

 

MY ADVICE

Is for you to relax and be true to yourself. You want to look back and know you had the most wonderful day ever feeling and looking your best. Make sure you book a trial with me, they are important! Firstly to understand what looks suit you (we go through a lot of Yes's and No's) ... and for us to get to know each other. I'm a chatterbox with so much advice and by the time we're done with the trial I'm like family!

 

MY KIT

Wow with 15 years experience, I dread to think how much I've spent on hair and makeup products! (Let's not work it out)! However, there are a few favourites in my kit - from MAC to Nars to Tarte to Charlotte Tilbury and more. I use the right products to suit your skin and make sure that your hair is prepped well with products like texture sprays  and KYK volumizing powder so that your style will hold all day! We'll fishing off with a Kryolan setting spray for your make-up, a freeze and shine spray from Paul Mitchell and you are ready!
