About Me
I have been working as a hair and makeup artist for 14 years in various capacities, in a studio creating hair and makeup looks for photos shoots, fashion shows and makeup counters for various brands including Dior and Mac. I have various qualifications including bridal hair styling, fashion and photography makeup and a makeup artistry diploma. The theory and practical experience I have gained over the years has given me great knowledge on how to cater looks according to each client’s needs and preferences. Over the last 6 years I have focused on bridal hair and makeup, as this is where I have found my passion is. On these special occasions, I put myself in the shoes of my client and really listen to what it is you want to achieve. I pride myself on my client’s happiness and always endeavour to create a calm yet organised environment on your special day.

My Style
My personal style is relaxed boho, unique, with a hint of glam. Personally if I’m dressing up, I love a really relaxed hair style, not too formal clothing, but a strong glam eye makeup. In terms of my bridal styling, I would say it comes across the same; I like to blend styles and add a little edge to a traditional style, or a little something more relaxed to a more clean cut and elegant look.
My Kit
Mac will always hold a place in my heart having been a Mac girl for 7 years! But my other favourite go to brands for my kit are; Charlotte tilbury, Nars, Makeup by Mario, Laura Mercier and Anastasia Beverly Hills.
My Advice
There is SO much conflicting information out there in regards to hair and makeup, and so many opinions, it can become so confusing trying to choose look for your big day. Keep it simple and trust your own instincts - think about how you usually do your hair and makeup for a special occasion, get some inspiration photos of stuff you really love and we can combine the two. When it comes to the trial - be brave, try the things you think you might like, the trial is the time to do it! then you can rule them in or out and know for sure. Lastly - enjoy your morning getting ready, allow lots of time and have fun! Xx
